Achar Gosht Masala (اچار گوشت مصالحہ) ek special Pakistani spice mix hota hai jo meat curry ko achar (pickle) jaisa khatta, teekha aur aromatic taste deta hai.

Kya hota hai Achar Gosht Masala?
Ye ek ready-made masala mix hota hai jo beef, mutton ya chicken ke saath use hota hai taake dish me tangy + spicy + oily achari flavor aaye.
Common Ingredients
Achar gosht masala me aam tor par ye cheezein hoti hain:
- Lal mirch (red chili)
- Haldi (turmeric)
- Dhaniya (coriander)
- Zeera (cumin)
- Rai dana (mustard seeds)
- Methi dana / leaves (fenugreek)
- Kalonji (nigella seeds)
- Saunf (fennel)
- Amchoor (mango powder – khatta taste ke liye)

Kaise use hota hai?
Simple tareeqa:

Gosht (½ kg) ko oil me bhun lo

1 packet ya 2–3 tbsp achar gosht masala add karo

Dahi + tamatar add karo

Dum par pakao jab tak oil separate ho jaye
